Holloway was born to Dave and Elizabeth “Beth” Holloway in Memphis, Tennessee. Her mother raised her along with her brother Matthew after their divorce in 1993.

She was going to the University of Alabama on a full scholarship. Beth Twitty was employed by the Mountain Brook School System at the time of her disappearance, while Dave Holloway worked as an insurance agent for State Farm in Meridian, Mississippi.

The younger brother of Natalee Holloway is Matt Holloway. When Natalee vanished in 2005, he was 16 years of age.
At the age of 34, Matt Holloway resides in the country. He has a daughter and is married. He is a software engineer for a computer business.
Matt has been an outspoken supporter of his sister and has expressed his family’s sorrow as a result of her absence.
Additionally, he has stressed the significance of travelling safely and paying attention to your surroundings. Rylee Ann Holloway was the baby girl Matt welcomed in 2014, according to sources. The sole grandchild of Dave and Beth Holloway is Rylee.
Natalee Holloway’s disappearance still has a significant impact on Matt. He has talked openly about the suffering and trauma he has endured in the years after she vanished.
He has, however, also stated that he is committed to lead a contented and joyful life.
